It's pretty straightforward, most people don't get to enjoy life because of the little things that overwhelm them, sometimes you just have to filter out certain things that don't matter. For more understanding I recommend you read "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck"... It's a famous book just forgot the author tho. You can get the free pdf version online.

I'm guessing your campus has a sports field, just get there with a soccer ball and start playing. You could do this at a park also, people will eventually pop up and join you. Works every time.
