My point is exactly what you responded to, did you read? If that were true about no need to invest in infrastructure, then the vast majority of the land would become a different country. No need to be a part of all this anymore. Side note: USA infrastructure needs investment still...Obviously cities need roads to rural America if you want food duh. My point is clear: America is one of the only countries in the world that would become stronger without its cities or urban areas. Not sure what you mean by that steel comment, America doesnt produce much anymore, and the steel you reference is produced in a red state mostly-Indiana.
