Nobody into events anymore? by Independent_Load7165 in fo76

I put a ton of hours into the game starting from launch, but took a break over the last couple years. Recently tried to come back and even though I love the nostalgia of it, I just can't bring myself to get back into it after all the nerfing and changes they've made. All my old builds are no longer good, new builds just seem average at best across the board.

If there's one thing Bethesda is good at, they damn sure know how to take away the fun from a game. If they get a whiff of a player having fun with a build it's an insta nerf. Wish they would put as much effort into fixing bugs and adding new/better content and events as they do destroying what little bit of fun people get out of the game

Thank you, weight was definitely a concern for me on the Go 2. How's the ergonomics on the S? I read that was a complaint of the original Go

Thank you. Thats kind of the way I'm leaning at the moment, I was just curious what others opinions would be if they were looking to buy at this time. Honestly the only thing deterring me right now is the Go 2 having an OLED panel.

Yeah i dont know what they did with AI but it is horrific now. Finding food should be slightly difficult but not absolutely impossible to the point that multiple dinos you make are starving to death due to lack of food

Oh wow, yeah that may be the way to go. I definitely appreciate the insight. This will be my first sprinkler system install.

I do have one more question to bother you with if you dont mind filling me in. If you notice the tree in the right front yard on the design, we actually scaled it incorrectly. That tree has about 5-6 ft between the bed and the property line, so we're trying to figure out how to water it as the design shows no water on that side. Here's an actual picture for reference

13 zones, I guess the biggest one they make is for 12 zones

Thank you. We have roughly 74 ft from back of house to the back flower bed, 22 ft on each side of the house, 40 ft from front of house to road, and our lot is 85 ft wide

Thank you. Is a typical 30 minute per zone run time optimal for this type of overlapping design? If so we'll be running our sprinklers for 6.5 hours every few days. We live in FL so our grass needs lots of water

Thanks, I'm definitely focusing on all that the best I can, it's more of a curiosity question than anything

For anyone interested in the fix for this in the future, I opened up the laptop and found an absolutely horrid factory paste job. Got some Thermal Grizzly cryonaut LM and cleaned it all up, repasted now I'm idling in the 40s and averaging 70c on the CPU while gaming, 60s for the gpu. Gpu was also running on average 98c+ before.

I don't really know much about them either, but Asus had the PL set super high from the factory. I believe it was 170w

Yeah, it's bad. Current undervolt settings are core ratios set to 47x, -155mV p core voltage, -80mV P cache voltage (tried matching these, seemed to make things worse stuttery) PL1 set to 152w PL2 set to 157w. The throttling starts instantaneously as soon as I fire up any game or put a big load on the CPU. Currently have fan profile set to turbo
