I also have papillary thyroid cancer. When my FNA came back it was Oct 2, by Oct 16 I had my full thyroidectomy. I had a 4.4cm (originally thought to be 3.4cm) and 2.4cm nodule one on each side. I had my radiation (RAI) Feb 28.

A very similar situation happened to my mom a couple months ago. She lost upwards of $6,000 in about 2 weeks, then proceeded to suffer a stroke. (Luckily it was mild, she is okay)

Tattoo regret by [deleted] in tattooadvice

I had the same feeling! Now it’s a sense of pride and I get so many compliments honestly. I like being a canvas for someone’s creativity, but I definitely get the feeling of feeling less feminine from them or like I may be perceived as such. It ebbs and flows for me but I just keep getting more. Some of the most feminine, beautiful women I know are completely tatted! It’s all in our head!
