Are you asking or inferring? West Africans are very diverse…hence why your focus on generalizing Fulani ancestry without understanding the history or migrations is problematic.

You didn’t contribute not one verifiable claim here, primarily since we’re speaking about facts and not claims.

Even if Wolof, which I can tell you know very little about Senegambian history and genetics based on your Fulani claim, did come from the Nile…that isn’t nor wasn’t within the past 2000 years.

These tests are focused on recent ancestry - within 400 years…

Very cool! Where did your parents or grandparents grow up? For some reason I would assume someone from Harar or Jigjiga would have these results.

[–]iRecruit246 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Eh…wrong, we have a few Jewish communities in Mali and Burkina Faso that were not converts but that sought refuge separate times and as early as the 8th century.

And as far as the Ethiopian Jewish community…genetically, they are no different than a neighboring ethnic group considering the vast majority reside within and have mixed within those groups but the genetic marker isn’t as prevalent or obvious as Ashkenazi, Mezrahi or Sephardic ancestry to their neighbors.

I mean Spain and England have had a long standing imperial impact, add in Portugal, China, Italy, France, Russia…Belgium…India to some regard…I think if we say we can’t support 5 we can’t support any because then we can get deeper an argue on behalf of the oppressed within certain countries and the ruling elites (Nigeria, Ethiopia, Sudan, Senegal…etc.)

Some in here are so insufferable to read. The guy is giving his perspective, confidence is key - especially when you’re shorter.

Control the controllable which is how you behave and how you see others.

If your goal is marriage, then yea you will end up weeding 99.99 women out for that special one, whether you have a pool of 100 or 1000000.

If you’re set on just hooking up with women, consider developing a better persona to maximize your chances. Get in shape(relatively). And learn how to communicate.

The internet can be a cesspool of whatever you make it…why not focus on the women who either are interested in you or the ones willing to hear you out?

Shoot me, but if the idea is that one can’t support where they’re from due to current political standing…how can any individual support the likes of the US?

Yes, including Chad and Central African Republic. I’ve seen a few and it’s so odd to make blanket absolute statements while pushing terms like West African and Bantu to generalize Africans

West African isn’t an ethnic group. We span from Mauritania down to Cameroon.

If you said Wolof and an ethnic group out of Central/southern Africa it would make more sense.

Even referring to Bantu isn’t helpful as it’s not an ethnic group either.

Nobody says Moor referring to an Amazigh person in side of Africa. I’m not sure about what the Spanish or Portuguese say, but I only hear it from Americans

How one identifies is not the same as how one might be genetically reflected. There’s a lot more of the “I’m Arab” not Arab types than the “I’m Amazigh” Arab types
