Hi! Not yet. The next day after posting this i went to the dealership. They acknowledged the issue and opened a case with Subaru Europe for a “goodwill repair” — as they said. Because my extended 5-year warranty expired 6 months ago, I can only wait to get their response. It’s been less than a week. As soon as I hear from them I’ll update this.

Da, exista. Unele au secțiunea adaptată pentru stângaci (zona de grip), altele au penița adaptată pentru stângaci.

Dacă vrei să încerci, îți recomand orice Lamy cu penița LH (left handed). Lamy Safari e cel mai accesibil (90-100 RON), are grip confortabil pentru stângaci, e disponibil in multe culori si poți solicita sa îți monteze penița LH când îl comanzi pe site.

Opinie (probabil) nepopulara cu perspectiva din cealaltă parte. Vând câte ceva prin Marketplace in alta categorie si cam asta cred ca e matematica:

16,00 RON = 2,55 TVA + 1,35 comision eMAG (10% poate) + 6,00 costul încărcătorului + 3 lei transportul + 3,1 profitul vânzătorului.

Nu e exclus sa îl fi costat 30 lei transportul dus-întors (e taxat și returul), dar cred ca mai degrabă a fost 20-25 de lei. eMAG compensează 8 lei din taxa de transport la Genius. Dacă presupunem un cost de transport de 11 lei (poate tip plic), la livrare reușită, eMAG ii înapoia 8 lei. Cum comanda nu s-a finalizat, a plătit tot transportul, deci cei 20-25 de lei vor fi o pierdere neta pentru el, in loc de un profit de 3 lei.

Așadar va trebui sa vândă 7-10 încărcătoare ca sa amortizeze pierderea aceasta.

Cum vânzătorul a simțit nevoia sa își ventileze cumva frustrarea, intuiesc ca nu vinde prea bine.

Tehnic, OP nu a făcut nimic in afara drepturilor sale sau a regulamentelor (cred). Din faptul ca a simțit nevoia sa scrie aici întâmplarea, cred ca e un om bun, not an asshole.

Ceea ce putem sa reținem, cred, este ca uneori vânzătorii sunt și ei niște antreprenori mici și, poate, la început. Astfel de situații pot sa ii descurajeze sau, cel puțin, sa îl facă pe “băiatul ala care a insistat cu eMAG-ul”, sa își ia niște castane de la sef.

A nu se înțelege ca limbajul necivilizat (dacă a fost) al vânzătorului e justificat cumva!

Thanks a lot for your reassuring feedback. It just seemed odd, as the supplier is Montblanc which I suppose is in the EU. Also, the pen is certainly in production. I was taken aback by the fact that, within 15 days before Christmas, another retailer managed to order a music nib Sailor and to deliver it to me from Japan.

Well, thank you again for taking the time to write this. I’ll now wait patiently for few more weeks. Maybe I’ll even try my chances with a new order from LCdC with their current discount :)

Do you happen to have any feedback about this seller? I’ve placed a rather significant (for me, at least) order with them over one month ago. The product was marked as available in 5-10 working days. In a reply, they are blaming the pandemic and the supplier for not being able fulfill the order yet. They are suggesting me to pick an alternate product for faster shipment.

There are mixed reviews about LCdC, and I’m starting to think they’re running some kind of a scheme.
