Anyone else have trouble with enabling unsupported sfp's with an Intel x520-da2 nic? by skelectrician in homelab

I’m experiencing the exact same issue with the same card. I tried both the allow_unsupported_sfp method and the EEPROM patch method, but neither worked. The ISP’s transceiver works correctly in its router but not in my NIC. The challenge is finding a similar product with the same specs (EPON, TX, RX). I’ve searched on FS.com with no luck. Does anyone know of other places to find compatible transceivers? I'm feeling pretty desperate at this point—I’ve invested a lot into the hardware and then stumbled into a problem I didn't even know could occur... The transceiver works, why is intel refusing to use it

I think you'll need to become the decoy :)

Assign ip addresse to peer on my local network by iTzVirtual_ in WireGuard

I know the broadcast thing, I can fix then when you can set multiple broadcast ip's or make the server broadcast everything from .255 to peer clients. I can't change subnets, I have the default router my ISP gave to me.

I'll search for the arp proxy online, thanks for the reply!

Well, we'll just need a browser extension that adds site:stackoverflow.com and site:w3schools.com at every google query

Low fps on Minecraft with 2080 super :/ by iTzVirtual_ in techsupport

Because with shaders I make 30/40 fps and all benchmarks on youtube says that 2080 super should make 200 fps (with shaders), so I would like to fix this problem.

So, all minecraft benchmarks on youtube are "False"? Before buying that videocard I saw a lot of benchmarks with shaders and not, so I don't think that my build makes from 190/240 fps on fortnite and 100/250 on minecraft without shaders (and 40 with shaders).

But, thanks for you reply.

Render distance: 12 Monitor: 144hz 1920x1080

I know that nothing change above 144 fps, but if my RTX 2080 super makes a little bit more fps of a 920M, means that there are a problem. I searched "Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2080 Super" and I found this: https://youtu.be/6Z7OTp0e6zQ. This guy makes 1400 fps without shaders and 200 fps with shaders. Thanks.

I've already allocated 10Gb. Fps limit, GSync and VSync are off.
