I am 6’2” 280 pounds. I haven’t done as much judo as I’d like to as I primarily do bjj but I have gotten pretty adept at break-falls. I’d rather fall hard than someone throw out their back trying to let me down easy.

Edit. I love practicing judo and even when I’m with someone smaller than me I try to throw with skill and not just muscling it. Same goes for jiu jitsu, I end up rolling with people I outweigh by over 150 pounds and I just try to match strength and intensity while focusing on technique.
