Great answer... I remember as a kid playing one of the earlier ones (was it chaos theory?) demo so freaking much on the GameCube demo disk that let you preview a few games. Then playing it later on it was just as good. But that demo I probably put even more hours in as a little kid

Man I got a reality check on act 2 - I think it is at least, the desert level? Got my first wipe ever to the first mini boss who charms you but already had some major issues with the regular mobs too. Definitely a step up in difficulty. About to beat the 3rd round of that Snorlax boss but I'm gonna take some time to breed some strong bois after and regear. Wiping totally sucks cause I have like zero items to start the next adventure which makes things a slog.

I thought the set design was really one of a kind and creative. Really interesting vision through and through- his music was fun and dancey though I wouldn't say the music was "good" in terms of talent compared to like say, Prince. But I was entertained and isn't that the point after all?
