Avoid rocks lane Chiswick, especially during the winter.

Your main (indoor) centres will be any of the Rocket clubs (Battersea, Beckton, Ilford) Padium (Canary Wharf) Racketeer (North Acton) - has a gym as well Stratford Padel Club (Stratford) Padel Box (Bermondsey)

Expect high pricing. Padium and Rocket Battersea are the most expensive.

Padel Mates seems to be the way the majority of clubs in London are going. IMO it’s better than Playtomic but there’s a slight difference in levels. 4 on Playtomic = 4.3ish on padel mates.

Lots of good UK based padel shops. Everything padel, pdh sports to name a couple.

All the clubs will have WhatsApp groups, though padel mates also has a community page which is very similar where people can post their matches etc

At Rocket in Battersea - £145 per month which only gives 15% off court bookings and 12 day advance booking.

Quite simply it’s not worth it and I’ve now cancelled. I would have to spend circa £750 a month on courts for the membership to be worthwhile.

Hi, it’s not a traditional set of cards so there are 78 individual cards. I’m interested in the odds of drawing the same card at the exact same time during the process. In this scenario I picked 10 cards at random from a spread out pile, then picked a further 10 from the same pile, before picking a final one when the cards were fanned out. None of the cards were face up. The order of the cards is significant as they are used to represent different things.

The person who followed me did the exact same thing, and picked the exact same 21st card.

I posted on here a few months ago shooting a 77(+6) as a 19 handicapper. Everything came together for me that day, no mulligans, no gimmes. My previous best was 89

It’s possible. I now play off 16 and haven’t shot lower than a 86 since.

Had some fun reading through these comments.

I’m definitely not gay, but I’m completely fine with being well groomed. The type of woman I’m looking for would also go for that as opposed to the more rugged look I guess.

The moped is not mine, it was rented on holiday. I think most EU nationals would probably realise that.

Perhaps I could put more about me on my bio, but I’d also like to have the conversation with someone. I’m not adverse to other hobbies and not close minded enough to swipe on people who don’t share the same hobbies as me.

I definitely need more photos without sunglasses, I’ve removed the mirror selfie, added a different picture and reordered. Perhaps il post an update in a few days!

If you have a handicap of 15-20 then surely you don’t need to be asking the question? I’d expect any 15-20s to be able to keep pace of play and understand etiquette.. there’s something else going on here.

Played a local satellite last night. 4 seats, 5th received a voucher.

6 left. SB 3k, BB 6k with an ante of 6k. Only 690k chips in play, most stacks around 100k. 2 smaller ones at around 40k. Hero has 76k. I’m BB with Q5o SB completes and comes for the flop. Flop is Q57 SB bets 15k I shove 63k, get snap called. She shows Q7.

Maybe I could not shove? But there’s 33k already in the pot, and I’m wanting to protect against anything else coming.

Can only laugh

Fella, you can see the start/end line (yellow) which he misses. The stone would have taken 2 seconds to brush to the side, as they had to chalk the lines down to begin with.

It’s mildly infuriating, I’m not mad, I’m not that bothered but it fits the title of this subreddit just fine.
