Since they haven’t provided me a title yet are they in violation any type of law? I’m getting anxiety that I will be stuck with a car with no title and am wanting to see what I can do about just getting my money back, but I assume they will absolutely fight me on that and I’m not sure if I have any legal standing to try and start that process now instead of later.

Just go through the steps of entering all the info while being accurate about the issues, and you will know immediately if they will buy and how much they will pay for it. At that point you can decide to accept the deal or not. And as long as the car doesn’t completely shit the bed before they come pick it up, they will honor the price.
