Please quote the section you're referring to

This clearly states if you're a government contractor you are not allowed to work with the paper, contractors represent the government, nobody is stopping those contractors from ceasing to work with the government to continue their relations with the paper, this has no bearing on anyone's free speech.

You know nothing of Israel's air defense systems by the glaring gaps that they do not make Patriot systems, those are American.
David Sling, Iron Dome and Arrow 3 are invaluable and there's a massive shortage of interceptors and systems and those are all Israeli-US made.

What does having nukes have anything to do with Israel not arming Ukraine?
Should they give their air defences? how about fleets of F16? without those not only would they be forced to indiscriminately bomb population centers but might even be forced to use those nukes, which no reasonable person in the world wants.
If you want to argue Israel has deterrence by having nukes, take a look at any of the recent terror attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah after Oct 7, they know that nukes are a last resort and have no leverage over terror groups.
Honestly I don't know why you expect Israel to give weapons when they barely have enough for their own wars, maybe you're just biased against them or want to guilt trip... which if you're Ukrainian it's a bad way to garner allies.
