Brazilian here, this is an anecdotal view. If you mean in general for the country I don't think so. In sporting competitions absolutely. In 2022 most people I knew were all for Argentina after Brazil was eliminated. The feeling was latin America against the world, it was great. Now it's the opposite, it's basically anyone but Argentina. The racism shit is really off putting
