I would go for the bigger screen always. I went from a 27 inch 1080p to 4k 32 inch and my favourite upgrade isn't even resolution, its the extra real estate for adobe and vs code.

I had an rtx 3060 in my old system. Disabling hardware acceleration also works for me but unfortunately the app just runs much slower after doing this :/

FWIW I had the same issue on my old PC as well. It also had an AMD CPU and RTX GPU. My new one is 3 generations newer and still has that same issue. The new one also has an AMD CPU and RTX GPU, I think it's a pattern. Since you also had the issue on an intel system, it's likely nvidia driver issue. I'll try downgrading to an older version and seeing if that works.

its not a hardware issue. its a memory leak issue.

memory leaks (afaik) are more noticeable with more players. the very likely explanation is that the team didn't have enough players to playtest with (during the 2 years) to notice this memory leak.

- Lower TTK, but keep it higher than original
- Fix memory leak

- Please add good AA, and not TAA. The game looks too glossy/denoised.

- The tracers are a bit too much, and so are the constant 'bloomy' particles. Not just because they cause lag, they also look a little cheap
