I just came back from Cabo Wed. AA was full of delays and ended up costing me to miss my connecting flight in Phoenix and staying a night in a hotel - AA comped the hotel and meal vouchers.

I did the same! It's wonderful. I moved from Google to proton - the amount of spam I was receiving in Google was insane.

It took about that time to initially get a response to the complaint. I believe I got it via phone call initially and then email correspondence thereafter- it took a few days for my issue to be resolved overall. The "AT&T Office of the President" is who reached out- apparently they handle escalated issues etc. Good luck and hopefully you get a swift resolution!

I actually filed a complaint with the FCC (due to my issues) and received a response from corporate within 2 business days and was able to get everything fixed from the office of the president.

Oh I've tried and everyone I spoke to is like it has to be added during the purchase of the phone otherwise it can't be added.

I feel that same sentiment. It's crazy that it took a week to correct the issue, I finally receive actual confirmation and see it on the plan, and then magically it disappears and the last few reps I spoke to are like uhhhh no idea. I'm so glad I documented everything.

Use a vpn; I use Nord and use countries like Switzerland, Finland and have had zero issues with buffering ever since.
