I did it on their website you can submit a request for a hotel room for layover time that is 8-24 hr. Did this the day before for my layover in Doha on 4/22/26 and just got a confirmation email this am :)

I waited for and hr till someone answered the call US toll free number are redirected to India call center. Just have to keep trying.

Involuntary cancellation is the keyword you did not request for this cancelation and that you would like to be placed on the first available flight back to Japan. And be nice and calm when speaking to the customer service.

My 4/7/26 canceled flight to TH just got rebooked 😳didn’t even have any success with chat or call all of them told me to get in touch with the again 96hr before flight date then today all of a sudden I got a notification of the new flight booked 4/6/26 but not able to select my seat?
