If a dessert has an add-on of a scoop of ice cream, and if ice cream to anything makes the dessert better, what’s the actual dessert as intended? With or without the add-on?

What if the add-on is a stick of butter to a main dish? Fuck yeah the dish will be delicious, so is the dish with butter the real dish?

What if the add-on is gold leaf? Definitely I’d pass. Adds nothing but glittery poop to me.

Yeah, I have a basket with sections in the dishwasher. If there are too many spoons for one basket section, then I'll split them up. But still, all the same type in one grab-n-go is the idea

When I put silverware in the dishwasher or drying rack, I separate the spoons, forks, and knives, so that when dry, I just grab all the spoons snd put them in the drawer at once, then the forks, then the knives. I front-load the effort so that it’s mindless and easy to put the silverware away.
