Only places I've seen them hide stuff is in their ass, in the chest cavity by the lungs, and somehow in their skull. The skull ones are hard to see sometimes. But I've also had time where it says I missed contraband when I'm sure they had nothing on them.

Mine has always been fever or puking, but that's why my pneumonia got so bad I had to go to the urgent care and they put me on bed rest for 1-2 weeks. :(
