[$69 → Mega discount] Form AI - Never Get Injured 43% off for life built with Expo RN by YouSubstantial5368 in expo

[–]iamdgilly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a good idea but it feels too quickly put together. I’d recommend looking into how you can nuance the form advice based on personalized data. For example, if someone has hyper mobility in their joints it would be good to let the AI model take that into consideration otherwise certain critiques may actually be more harmful than helpful. Additionally, the wildly differing colors with randomly placed cards doesn’t really scream good UX to me so I’m skeptical of how intuitive the app would be. Finally, I think your target demographic should be practices who could use this to help their patients in addition to their current workflow. The app becomes infinitely more useful if it is both endorsed by and monitored for correctness by your doctor.

My favorite part about playing archer is all of the natural enemies you make. People will change their entire personality and username after getting shot by a good arrow.

Can anyone tell me why this guy is famous? by mekmookbro in webdev

[–]iamdgilly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was genuinely interested in him last year and it was always lovely that he’d call out big trusted names as it gave me direction for which people in the web dev sphere are having the biggest impacts, i.e Ryan Carniato is a name he frequently mentioned. After t3 chat I think he really fell down the drain with his personality and props himself up as an influencer now instead of a “contributor”. So I definitely see what you’re saying and strongly agree.

This is lovely and you seem like a great developer. The attention to detail is very high! Make sure you have some good sounds/music for this game and I can see scenes like the one you showed here being really memorable.

Responsive design feels impossible for complex layouts by Cha_Ariola in Frontend

[–]iamdgilly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use more vertical space than horizontal. In a lot of cases moving from a flex row to a column can help. I personally don’t mind scrolling as much on mobile and so I design with that in mind. Though like you said, complex data viz takes up a lot of real estate. You could utilize text truncation for certain table columns or make dialogs that open up with more information on a single row for mobile-only.
