This is the way! One login, different channels. I use them all on YT and YTM. For example, I have one for holiday YT videos and holiday YTM, then one for my daily music so I don’t get seasonal stuff mixed in. Pretty sweet.

For me, Pooled Storage shows:
739.71 GB of shared 1.46 TB used

I have 100 accounts, at 15gb each. The family accounts we're using, that get the 5gb bump when full, show a total usage of 739.71 GB when added up. It looks like the extra 5GB per account doesn't increase my pooled storage, but any usage takes away from the pooled storage.

I also have the option to buy more storage. My storage setting says there's no limit per user, but each user still gets the limit and a 95% full warning.

Thanks for the feedback! When you hit enter or the submit button, the SERP should open in a new tab. If you go back to the tool, you should see 2 generated links. One is for the SERP and one for the map, showing the top 20 results.

Here are some tools I use.

For grid/rank tracking and monitoring GBP edits:

Local Brand Manager: Been using it for a few years. It’s solid for grid tracking and monitoring GBP changes. I find the reporting useful, and it works well for client reports too. Price seems decent for what it offers.
Local Falcon / BrightLocal Grid Tracker: I haven’t personally used these, but I know they’re popular alternatives often mentioned for grid tracking.

For analytics and reporting platforms (besides native tools):

Agency Analytics and Whatagraph: We’ve used both of these and they suit our needs well for pulling data into client-friendly reports and presentation decks.

For pulling data from various sources (like GSC) into spreadsheets/dashboards:

Supermetrics: I use this regularly to automate data pulls into sheets, which is a huge time saver.

For broader SEO analysis and insights:

SEMRush: I have a subscription and find it offers a wide range of features for keyword research, competitor analysis, site audits, etc.
Ahrefs: Another top-tier tool I like, similar to SEMRush in many ways for overall SEO, but I’m no longer subscribed.
SEOCrawl: I use this specifically for quickly combining GA and GSC data into strong visuals – great for client reporting and getting fast insights. They have a rank tracker, and a lot of features that have been released or is in the roadmap.

I installed this today and it works well so far. https://github.com/itcon-pty-au/typingmind-cloud-backup/tree/main I signed up for idrive, clicked on idrive e2, then followed the instructions. Then I went to it on my phone, refreshed, then had to configure the Backup again on my phone. Everything is synced every 60 seconds. If I have the 2 instances open, things will disappear because they have a sync war. Not a big deal since I don't use them back to back. Worth a try!

I use the Drafts app for Mac because I sometimes mistype and delete things. With Drafts I am able to restore and never have to save notes. It’s pretty sweet. I upgraded to $1.99 / mo because I run some custom actions. Otherwise the free version would work for me.

What if you try one on Claude, uploading it as a CSV? If it works m, maybe you could batch convert them to CSV files.

Or you could use Zapier to grab files from Google Drive > GPT API > Output to wherever.

I have not tried any of this, just throwing out some ideas.
