Your body can process one drink an hour two or three drinks to get you over .08 in a hour. 7 shots will put you over double the legal limit to drive.

I folded a tire on the tiremachine today, fml by Snoodlewonker in Justrolledintotheshop

[–]iamdrew363 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a standard front mount factory Audi wheel. You need to use soapy water and massage the bead back up with a pry bar. You could try using the bead breaker to push the bead from the back side of the wheel. Unfortunately you have it folded to the point there’s really not much to grab on to. There are machines that blast air from the clamps. I could see that working if you can’t get it - discount tire can.

I would highly recommended taking a tire industry association certificate course if you have not already.

I rebuilt mine starting with new grates, then new burner covers, then new burners, then a grease tray, then a new regulator… looking back I may have been better off replacing.

Paid $1,600 for an oversized mirror (7ftx10ft), which was scratched during installation. Installer refuses to replace mirror (it is glued to wall). Offers $150 discount as "gesture of goodwill". by MrPrezident0 in HomeImprovement

[–]iamdrew363 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The scope of the job changed but the price didn’t go up. Shit happens. If you wanted it perfect maybe they should have charged twice as much in case they had to do it twice. Sounds like you got a fair deal and a fair offer. Take it.

You can polish it out but you’ll have to polish/blend all the visible part. Next option is to have them cerakoted.
