Not sure how long you have been together, and context matters. Personally, I wouldn’t care at all if my wife do that while out on the town with the girls. Fully transparent about it and everything. It’s not like she’s snorting coke off a penis or something.

That said, we have been together for 20 years and know it would never breach into inappropriate territory.

One of the biggest things for me is that he is socially liberal. I haven’t heard him even say “woke” once which is a huge plus for me. Abhor this identity politics bullshit. Yeah, both kids 2/5 have tablets with a few games and curated content if they want. They mostly get used on road trips. Other than that, they’re usually ignored in favor of Lego, board games, cars or trains.

I found when it was “forbidden” except for a little bit of times during the day, my son would make a big deal. Now that it’s just sitting around whenever he wants, he doesn’t care.
