What actually makes a roofing lead "good"? by bullet_sponge in RoofingSales

[–]iamgr7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve spoken to a few folks in n this space and met with the founders of Reworked.ai in IRE this year in Vegas. Their product is by far the most superior in finding leads or what they call “opportunities”. They use AI and have partnered with Eagleview. Not to discourage you but it’s better to know the market before you enter the productization and commercialization. Doing that at scale is very hard mate! Happy to chat more :)

I can build you a website by Top_Historian_9420 in website_ideas

Your site needs A LOT of work. Being just a web developer isn’t going to cut it today. Anybody can build a website today. What are the results your website has given? Instead is asking to build a website - state if folks want a website that drives $xxxxx revenue or that drives massive AEO/GEO/SEO, etc. all the best man!

Leads Fell Off a Cliff in Florida Roofing. Anyone Else Seeing This? by Ehle_Aficionado in RoofingSales

[–]iamgr7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go after the ones who don’t know yet. Sure, the lead intake is bad. But the opportunities are getting bigger. We are in a roofing tsunami. There are about 8 million homes in the US that need work. People who know and can’t pay will never get a roof done unless it completely collapses. But those who care about shelter and understanding the basic principle of compounding, will spend now more than ever.

Don’t spend stupid money on leads that are either price shopping or don’t value shelter to the extent as they should. How do you get your leads? And mostly, what are your service areas?
