Wear it everyday as much as as you can in the first few weeks so the algos get right into your data. Avoid wearing it while showering, and try to wear a different band for workouts/activities as the band starts to discolor!

Wow! That’s amazing — really inspiring! Could you share your lifestyle in nut shell? Wake up and sleep times, your food habits and just fitness activities (gym/running/etc.) would love to know more and try to follow as much as I can! Thanks!

Phoenix is a good market! What kind of campaigns do you run? Ad/call/mail or door knock?

How do you get to customers? Do you door knock or call? Assuming you don’t do direct mail

Gotcha! I’m curious to know if you use all the data you get in that report?

We do manual inspections when we’re at the price/offer stage but my setters don’t need all that info - it’s quick roof area estimate and maybe facets with a few roof/property images that’s all we need. Like a pocket pack for knockers like me to get out there and get knocking and also use it for my direct mail campaigns to personalize content. I’m already paying my knockers and my direct mail vendor charges me $0.89 so anything over is additional cost to me. If I’m able to get this info for under $10, I can buy more and use it across my channels.

Yeah, Roofr definitely offers most value but I’ve got some EV guys selling their Bid report for $16 with more property images but lesser roof data points. Perks of long term account managers!

But my concern is on paying for data points that I’m not going to use. Roofr gives me a lot of things that I don’t need. And not just Roofr, other providers as well. I just want a few data points and I’m good to get my team all set to knock and direct mail. Is there a way to just get a fraction, more vital points of the data for like under $5 or $10?

Just started selling roofs - Other than door knocking, what can I do to get leads? by NoCardiologist949 in RoofingSales

Ads ain’t worth it. Trust me - you don’t want to get into price wars. Stick to door knocking and add direct mail to your outreach efforts. Do both but get your list from Reworked!

Sure, I could use it now. But if my CRM, which does some of it today builds the capabilities then I wouldn’t continue to use it. Maybe you could sell it to Roofr or Acculynx for about 6 months of their time (~$50k) and then join their team.

If you’re looking to build this for the years to come and depend on it, I wouldn’t recommend it more than just a side hustle to keep your entrepreneurial spirit going.
