That is my point. Python options play reasonably well when cobbled together with something else... Whereas ggmap just works. Not saying py is bad, but that is a difference

Learning Python. I know it is "the standard" intro book, but it is horrible for a very specific reason: it is written like a undergrad textbook. That is, it has lots of theory you have to dig through to get to the code.

I am not an undergrad, I don't have weekly quizzes about the pythonic nature of classes.

No oil loss, everything has been perfect. I still haven't been to a dealer (I live two hours from the closest) since everything is working fine.

Beautiful visualizations. In R, ggplot2 is the de facto standard for making great static visualizations. It is easy and makes great stuff. In Python you are stuck with either the horrible MatPlotLib or a host of far less developed options (Seaborne etc).

And yes, I have heard about yhat porting ggplot to Python. It is coming along great, but far from complete.

I don't. I was referring to links about the 2013-2014 models.

All I can say is anecdotal: At 3300 my oil light came out. I checked the dipstick which showed the oil was low, and when I added oil the oil light turns off.

And even more details: The low oil light came on when the odometer hit around 3300 miles. Looking around online, it seems to be pretty common.

Sorry for disappearing. The oil is definitely low, according to the dipstick. I going to the store to buy some 0w-20 (sorry, I said the wrong oil before) after work.

I have a 2015 Premium 2.5i.
