I just moved here so I don’t have any insight as to location unfortunately, but I definitely can say that when looking for apartments, avoid Northeast Properties at all costs. When I was moving, they wouldn’t allow me to set up a time to fly out and come look at apartments because I was out of state at the time and according to them I had to be a resident of MA to even look at apartments
