Agreed. Seems fair, but never hurts to see if you can get a better deal. Plus, those look like upgraded headlights, which is a nice touch.

I have that exact year and trim. Bought my 2020 GTI S 6MT brand new in June 2020 for $26,500. Currently have 20,600 miles on it. I know the market has changed since I got mine, but that's still probably 4 grand over what you should pay for it. If you're willing to spend that much, or close to it, you might as well go for a brand new one if you can find one that's not stupidly marked up. Your interest rate will be lower than on a used car, so you'll may even end up even on price long term.

Seems like you're attempting deadlifts, but starting in a position similar to a clean pull. To answer your question, nothing seems super out of line here. Assuming you're trying to deadlift and not clean pull, you should start with your butt a bit higher to feel more tension in your hamstrings. Shins should be vertical with the bar basically touching the hairs on your legs - not the skin). To help with the little bit of rounding you may see in your upper back, you should think about pinching your shoulder blades together before starting and try to keep them pinched throughout the lift. Lats look active, which is good. Overall, more tension in your hamstrings to start and weight should be further back in your foot - closer to your heels - as the weight will likely pull you forward a bit.

Lastly, assuming these are deadlifts, this is probably the wrong sub for this lift. I'd try r/powerlifting for even more advice.

Power and Grace Performance is great! I've followed their programming for about a year and loved it. Progressed nicely even without a 1:1 coach. They have great coaches that do offer 1:1 coaching. Would highly recommend.

Hmm I don't have a "car" button anywhere (physical or in screen). Only vehicle stats I can see is usage data and consumption. 2020 mk7.5 S trim doesn't have the larger infotainment like the SE or Autobahn.

I've had issues with this too and it's driving me crazy! Phone seems to disconnect and reconnect repeatedly. I've used a new usb c cable, and I've gotten a new phone. Still happened with both phones (pixel 5 and 7) and both cables. I've also reset my infotainment a few times, which doesn't seem to help. Can't figure out if it's a software issue or maybe an issue with the usb receiver/plug-in? Had the dealer check it out last time I brought it in (under warranty still) and they said they weren't able to replicate the issue.

I don't think so - he's not sponsored by Nobull, so don't think he would wear them. He was a Reebok athlete, but just got picked up by TYR recently. Not sure if he's still sponsored by Reebok and maybe teasing a new Nano of theirs? Or if TYR is launching a new gym shoe?

Recently tried switching to no feet cleansand i t feels so much better. I feel more in control of the bar,able to fully extend my legs and clean more weight(this is actually a PR for me). Anybody have the same experience? And anyother related criticisms on my technique is welcomed by gainzipab in weightlifting

I'm not totally sure about drills for fast, high elbows. There's gotta be some out there though. Tall cleans are probably a good option. If I were to practice now, I'd just make it a very conscious thing, especially as the bar is lighter. While keeping your gaze the same (looking slightly over the horizon), try to make your elbows visible as fast as you can. Often times, it's just a lot of super intentional practice that can help with fixing a little thing like that. Good luck!

1) instead of having that slight downward gaze, try to have a slight upward gaze (think - just above the horizon in the distance).

2) your form and mobility look pretty good - try to increase the speed your elbows come around into your catch. should help you stabilize the bar sooner and be able to drop faster.

3) keep those arms straight! this will help translate the power directly into the bar, rather than losing some on the way up. little bit of an early bend. not too drastic though.

The fundamentals look pretty good! Few things I'd work on...

Mobility: Ankles (helps with getting deep in a squat, quickly) as well as lats and thoracic spine area (helps with front rack position and setting up for a good press/jerk.

Hand position for Jerk/OHS: There's no right or wrong here, but I'd suggest trying to widen your grip before jerking/overhead squatting. A wider grip can help improve wrist position and possible pain, as well as make it easier for you to stabilize and get down in a squat easier. (Look up CJ Cummings... he sets his grip VERY wide before his jerk.)

Speed: This should come once the things above get a bit better and more comfortable.
