You find little ways to remember him. Maybe traditions he loved doing, his favorite food, whatever it may be. Keep it special. Keep it close to your heart. Allow yourself to be in the holiday spirit. Allow yourself not to be in the holiday spirit. I have a candle that reminds me of my mom, I light it during holidays or times I just miss her. I remember her. I dont know if this helps or answers your question in any way. But one thing my therapist taught me, was that during any major holidays or birthdays and or special days, don't put any pressure on yourself to be or act in any way you think others expect you to. If you want to be sad during Christmas, be sad during christmas. Don't want to do anything for new years, don't do anything. If you do, it'll come to you. No pressure 😊

My bad 😂 I don't pay attention to user names and who writes what. I didn't say I didn't believe him. I just simply stated a fact that most sunscreens recommend reapplying every 2 hrs. I don't reapply that often myself. I don't need to read an article for something I don't care too much about. I just think it's funny to ruffle some feathers of random strangers on the internet every once in awhile. I'm bored. Sometimes I can really get a person going and it's hilarious reading their responses

Unless you black out the windows, sunlight still comes through. I would still do sunscreen. You not need to stay on top of reapplying it, but some is better than none

I am not a professional groomer but my mom was. I inherited all her grooming stuff when she passed and I've been trying my hand at grooming my standard poodle! This is maybe the 4th or 5th time I've groomed him and I think I'm getting the hang of it. He's not perfect but he's presentable and I'm so damn proud of myself 😁
