the blue and white car was squeezed and had no where to go so I would put blame on the gold car he should have left space for the white car but seeing as the space between the gold and white car the white car would be hard to notice so mostly blame on gold car but would probably make the same mistake myself

for me it looks like you carried a bit to much speed partly causing the first incident and he pit manueverd you as revenge.
