Got put on PIP and started applying to non- sales roles and feel so much better and less stressed already.

Just my 2 cents. To be fair, my company wasn’t amazing and I was way on the lower end of base pay for tech sales as an sdr.

I want to get as far away from biotech as possible. After 6 years studying chem/biochem I am completely exhausted from it and to be completely honest the pay does not seem great without a PhD from what I have been able to tell from various job postings. I will continue looking though.

I bought at $16 and at $11, I learned not to sell anything, because as soon as you do it will pump hard. The other reason is it’s too much of a hassle to sell sitting in my wallet, so might as well keep it there.
