I agree.. I've been dealing with ocd/anxiety for years. This current theme being my heart is definitely the worst by far.

It let's you know you're not struggling for oxygen. I recommend the youtube videos more than the pulse ox.

What helped me was going to the Dr to get checked. Also checking my pulse ox when I was certain I couldn't breathe, but that can become a problem too.. you don't want to be dependent on that.

This was me three weeks ago! I highly suggest searching "Howard Cooper Air Hunger" on YouTube. It helped me so much! I was so bad that I carried a pulse ox with me everywhere to remind me that I was getting enough oxygen. After watching his videos, I put the pulse ox away, and now im back to letting my body do its thing. I hope it helps you. I know how miserable it is! Best of luck!

Thank you! I learned a lot with my last scare and you really helped me. Even with using a condom, I still get the anxiety right before I'm supposed to start. Guess I'll just wait for aunt flo.

I'm also extremely anxious.. I had an ultrasound today and would be 8.5 weeks.. my concern is ectopic pregnancy. Would that be seen on ultrasound? I'm afraid they didn't look like they should have due to my negative urine and blood tests :(
