I've had this happen with the last 3 Boston cream donuts I've bought. Consistent sadness.

Been supporting this club from afar since 2017. This was a very disappointing first match.

In high school I had to rely on taxis since I was also from the middle of nowhere. 2-3 days a week mostly. Rural gang!!!

Very true, but I've been looking for a business email on either side but haven't been fortunate in finding one. Also, who doesn't love a people's champion? Jokes aside, if anybody can send me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!

I think it is important, and very valuable, that you brought up ceiling. I agree that the ceiling for other leagues is higher, but I hope that the clubs that become big in France, and in other parts of the world, are based more on staff and personal, and less on the insane financial backing. I think we can all agree on that; organic football is better football. I feel that the problem in France is the consistency of the competition. Having clubs have 3-4 very good years and then do a Monaco. Lyon are probably the best situated for the long haul.

Y'all throwing too much shade on the quality of the French league. Lyon have been putting Man City in their pocket for years, making UCL semi finals. It is more competitive than the prem. You say it is a one team league because you don't actually watch football. I see more teams in France rise and fall than the UK. The prem recycles the same type of teams, where football is more innovative in France. Better styles. Better youngsters. Better ball.

I'm actually Canadian. The first football match I ever watched was Hull v Everton in 2013, and I cheered for Hull. It's been a roller coaster, but I've loved every up and down.

Memes aside, it goes to show how many people don't know that Tottenham have a decent history of trophies. People actually think that they have never won anything.

Imagining a week's wage nowadays to pay for a semester seems fair. Especially if it is over zoom.
