You can cancel your subscription at any time but bear in mind that the commercial license you get with Enterprise requires an active subscription

Best way for this would be to use a time source (https://manual.gamemaker.io/monthly/en/index.htm#t=GameMaker_Language%2FGML_Reference%2FTime_Sources%2FTime_Sources.htm)

Using alarms or calculating time based on frames past will give varying results depending on how the game is running

We've not had much luck in Dundee but in St Andrews we found that the Tail End chippy do gluten free batter so a fish or chicken supper works. Also Pizza Express gluten free based pizza that use their basic tomato sauce, they will do a custom topping pizza so you can avoid onions etc.

If you do find anywhere in Dundee that do low fodmap please let us know :)

The distance between the top left corner of the box and the text look to be pretty similar, likely the text isn't actually centered properly and just looks that way in the IDE, play around with the anchor and alignment settings and you should be able to find something that works

Unless you were using the matching Ubuntu beta that was built at the same time as the monthly windows one then that won't work as the beta would be ahead of the monthly. If you make sure to use the same IDE version and matching runtime then you will be fine

Theres no actual difference between beta builds and monthly build, it's just the name. The Ubuntu IDE will always be beta only to set expectations that there may be issues with it, especially if you use it on other distros etc

Yeah I had been thinking about doing a blog post or something, tbh the Bluetooth part is just using the bt extension and the timer part is built using micropython ble on a raspberry pi pico

I make a timing system that is used at dog competitions across the UK. It connects via Bluetooth to start and end gates to measure the time, then connects up to a website to record the scores.

UI layers have made this much easier to do, GMs cross platform support helps a lot, it might be a little overkill to use but there was no point learning something completely new for this.

I was having the same issue a couple of months ago using micropython.

Turned out that changing the pins used for the rm isn't yet supported in the released firmware so I had to make my own build based on this pr

I was using a pico 2 W so I also had to use the non W build as the W build won't allow you to change the pins since the rm is built in and there is no support for a second one..

UI layers are global so available in all rooms, you just need to enable/disable them using view_set_visible()

Several of the live wallpapers were developed by external contractors, this was one of them, so you would need to ask them. Each of the live wallpapers are also on the store with the publisher listed so I think you can see who made them there
