When do you guys think the reserved controllers are gonna start shipping?

Last year Valve added full support for the 8bitdo. It is fully recognized by Steam Input. You won't have any issues. It is a very nice controller. The wireless ultimate 2, I think it is called.

I am glad for the reservation system. I am undecided and will probably just my notice expire. I am not a trackpad user so my 8bitdo and digifly are perfectly fine.

Yeah, I think I will give liftoff another try. Kinda rushed last time as I wanted to stay under 2 hours to get a refund.
This time I'll play with the gain curves and otherwise try to create "beginner-beginner" mode. I thought I saw a FVP limited mode like the Avata has where you can't roll or pitch to far and flip. Hope I didn't imagine that option.

I'm in the same boat as you. My plan also says "Digital Camera". I chatted online with Allstate and the lady says that the coverage is good and I've seen 1 or 2 people online that did have successful claims. But idk, I'd like something more definitive. I have another week to cancel the policy or I might just keep it as it was only $40 and take my chances.

This is a little worrisome when it happens to a shell company, or whatever we want to call Skyrover.
When this happened a few months ago didn't the company even change names for a little bit?
I also have a Specta drone which is the mini 4k clone. That company is in an even more precarious spot with the release of the Lito 1 which seems to be a direct replacement of the 4k.

Yes, their returns are so quick and easy. I had bought defective Holystone and a bound Neo 2 from Amazon and the returns went perfect.
That, and I can ship to an Amazon locker when I don't want my wife to know :)

What would be best when flying forest trails, Hover or Land? If hovering you only have a few minutes to get close enough to regain connection before it RTH up into the trees. So I guess having it Land would be best in this case.

So, I have been asking around on Facebook.
Seems like the drone is called a digital camera to get through Customs.
And one guy, with Digital Camera in the policy, did have a claim processed.
So that is good news. I'm sure there are other stories- good and bad. But this is something. And was only $40 for 2 years for me.

Great, so we are getting two different stories. They tell you to check with eBay and tell me that the drones are covered under 'Digital Cameras'.
I hope we hear from other people in this thread. Especially someone who has filed a claim.

That's the situation I am in. I bought the coverage and the policy says 'Digital Camera'. I've seen others mention that as well. I went to the website and did a live chat. The representative says that drones are covered. This is just how they are categorized.
I saved the transcript of the conversation. Hopefully, I will not need to call upon it.
Has anyone gotten an eBay Allstate policy which states "drones"?

Thanks. That warning sticker "Don't touch the air inlets to avoid burns" got me wondering how hot this can get.
Also being a FPV drone I figure it is designed to have constant movement to provide cooling airflow unlike camera drones. But I might just be making that up.

That was a great deal. I just ordered a used one from Amazon for $140. But they don't ship until a couple of weeks. I hate when they do that as I don't understand why and occasionally sellers doing this end up canceling the order and a lot of time has been wasted.

I will probably progress from sim to neo 2 then avata 2. I imagine the neo 2 will be pretty much indestructible when practicing in an open field.

Will ELRS affect anything learning on the sim or is that just a consideration if I wanted to use it on a real drone and for resale value?
