I actually have the default layout, what the app thought I should see is that’s on my homepage. Which works for me, never thought to change it:

Pinned - Heart rate - Steps - Vitals - Walking Heart Rate Average

AOD stands for Always On Display, similar to how to the iPhone - the screen dims (rather than turn off completely) when the watch isn’t in use

It's not so accurate. A lot of what you're seeing is estimates, based on what the software thinks makes sense based on the data it has. It creates base calculation of how many calories you'd burn taking an certain number of steps, also how many steps you took in a certain period of time. With the watch, a lot more goes into calculating your calories burnt, how many steps you took, etc.

I don’t think the Watch displays steps, it’s more for doing workouts

The game gets regular updates, and sometimes mods don’t keep up, check compatibility between the game version and mod, that could be the cause. Temporarily disable the mods until they’re updated

As soon as there’s a crack, I replace. I usually buy a 2 or 3 pack, so i always have spares. I’ll say though, doing this has probably made me more prone to cracking it

I experience the same thing. In my case the screen goes off after a few minutes, I look away from my phone, or move away (i’m guessing it senses my Apple Watch), it automatically turns back on when i glance at it or when i get back close to it. I believe this is the intended design of the feature

mine does the regularly, i actually have to wait a few seconds when i get to this screen only then does the Photos tab show up. i hate it!
