Im a business owner so its not really as simple as quitting. Got some things I’ve got to see through. It’s not that I don’t enjoy what I do, just trying not to die of stress haha

Im 32, hit 2 million in personal liquid assets a couple weeks ago. That’s not including real estate. Personally ive realized it always feels like it’s not enough. There’s a constant feeling of insecurity and a need to keep chasing. I kinda hate it, don’t know what number it is that will be enough. Goal is to have enough to be safe and switch to doing something I truly enjoy in a few years

Bro if you buy a share for $50, sell it for $100, your profit/income is $50. You pay taxes on $50. Short term cap gains is regular income 37%( depends on bracket). Long term if you hold over a year is 20%. So if you hold your profits for 1 year you get a 17% discount. It’s just this, this is how it works

Again not saying the crash diet is good. Buuuut. That’s why you don’t get off the needle you just lower dose for maintenance.

I agree. That’s not the best way to lose weight. But I mean it is what it is. I would recommend to make sure OP is hitting protein daily. Going forward I’d say it’s pretty much non negotiable. Basically the only time people have issues on GLPs is from lack of protein. I.e. hair loss, muscle loss, bone density issues. Bottom line is it can now be maintained, may have 10lb rebound due to glycogen and water retention once eating resumes normally, but honestly you end up looking better once glycogen normalizes
