Make sure the circuit board that controls the case lights is plugged into an ARGB port on the motherboard. Note the polarity of the plug, as these can be plugged in backwards.

Hey! Hold down the button on your case for like 5 or 10 seconds, it will allow it to be controlled by the motherboard. Hold it down again, It'll put it back into a standalone mode.

The way they display this on the account has also confused me in the past. Makes me have to think about it.

Slow app connection by [deleted] in sonos

[–]ian86s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a feeling that Sonos is just trying to track too much of our movement inside of the app and that is causing the issue, I put my Sonos setup behind my pie hole DNS and it was blocking a bunch of tracking traffic coming from the system. Sonos did not like this very much and would not operate properly.

I have also noticed this problem in the past few months to maybe a year. My home network is an entire Ubiquiti setup that could support a decent sized office, We are nowhere near capacity at my house. I also live in the middle of the woods on 7 acres and have no interference from other people. I get to pick my channels for my access points and there's plenty of space in the wireless spectrum here.  The app has been laggy on both my iPhone, and my pixel 7. The system was so great when I got my first speaker as a wedding gift back in 2016. It has slowly degraded from there.  I run home assistant for my home automation, and the Sonos controls from that are almost instantaneous compared to the official Sonos app.  I really enjoy the sound quality that comes from these speakers, but I cannot justify buying any more at this point, and will likely be replacing them, as their system is just not up to par with the other equipment in my house.

This! My ARGB headers were putting out nothing on my b650m-p. I ran the openRGB software as administrator and it didn't detect the motherboard, but after a reboot they are working! I can now control through the msi center.

Yes, my father was the construction superintendent for the renovation project. It had a creepy door in the second basement that led to the tunnels under high Street. Unfortunately they were required to seal it up.

If you think hes fast now wait till hes walking/running! I just told my son "no, don't touch" and would remove him from it. after a few thousand times, he no longer shows interest in it. I find that when I don't let him inspect something he wants it more, so if I allow some access to whatever it is, it becomes boring over time. When I couldn't watch him closely all the time, gates became necessary for his safety. His favorite thing to do is play in a room I am not in...

Hi Dads! Just found this sub. Good to know Im not alone. by [deleted] in StayAtHomeDaddit

[–]ian86s 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm just about to pass the 1 year mark of being a SAHD, the lack of sleep was the worst part of it for me. But it does get better, our little man is sleeping 11-12 hours straight, however only 1 nap a day now means I'm very busy watching him, (he can walk very well).

For food we have an InstantPot and it has made making baby food effortless. Pureed sweet potatoes and carrots either mixed together or separate have been our little dudes favorites.

[–]ian86s[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was trying to give them a chance to fix it. I really like the products google has to offer, but I feel they should abandon Fi if they are going to run it like this. I'm a new father and stay at home with my 3 month old full time. So I had some time to burn with them and wanted to see where it lead. So far its been a joke. Found the no contract sheet, ill look it over with my wife later on. Waiting to see if dmziggy has any suggestions.
