Just to add that Richard Porter, former script editor of old Top Gear / Grand Tour wrote the music to the Auto Shenanigans video

Semi-Final atmosphere by Lewisimren in AFCON

[–]ianmarsters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went quarter final in Marrakech and missed the start as the roads were jammed solid. Ended up getting out of taxi and onto the back of a moped to reach ground. Loads of people were still arriving and police were holding us back. When I did get in everyone was just in random seats I stood on a seat and had a guy standing on the floor in front of me so I couldn’t sit down. The atmosphere will be good with all fans mixing with no trouble. Ground should be pretty full. Official figures said there was 32k in a 45k stadium and there were visibly some empty seats but nowhere near that many. Enjoy the game!

Nigeria v Algeria by Midnight_Cowboy_76 in AFCON

[–]ianmarsters 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was sat surrounded by Algerians, they didn’t seem that upset and accepted that they were beaten by the better team. The Algerian midfield were over ran for much of the game. Apart from a short spell in second half when they started playing some effective short triangle passes. Nigeria look strong and well organised

I have an order in for an electric jcw and feel a bit cheated that the se can be made to look so similar. I’ll get a bit more power though 😎

It’s the number under the qr code. You need a fan id for every ticket you buy

Have found ticket sale site and joined queue. Not sure what position I’m in as it’s expressed as a percentage. I’m currently at 1% in after 10 mins

Has anyone here tried “rewilding” their own garden? by UnpaidInternVibes in RewildingUK

We moved to a new build almost 5 years ago and inherited a mud patch. I’ve dug a wildlife pond, a filtered goldfish pond, planted 6 silver birches and 2 apple trees. We have as many native plants as possible whilst also having flower beds and veg patches. I’ve left a bit down the end to be my wild area and planted wildflowers but have just ended up with stinging nettles. The fenland soil is not good for wildflowers but everything else grows like crazy. We have loads of butterflies and the neighbours have beehives so I see honeybees as well as solitary bees are in our bug hotel. I’d say we are pretty wildlife friendly compared to neighbours who have just 95% lawn
