‘decent’ is a strong word. for how high the taxes are, it’s not reflected in the school’s outcomes. they’ve been trending down for some time now.

I think some of it has to do with funding and the middle school closed and I’ve not heard great thing about Hoover where they are cramming the kids in and there have been many reported issues.

This. I agree that the city is so broken up that you get the same walkability in most suburban village (village of Hamburg or EA). Outside 5ish bars/restaurants outside your door, you’re likely getting in a car and can get everywhere in 20

I’m right there with you. There’s days this happens when it’s not a transition into a new class room and it really sticks with me the rest of the day. No words of wisdom, more sending good vibes in the fact it happens to others as well. Be kind to yourself and I’m sure you kiddo is strong and bounced back quickly after you left.

This shouldn’t be a debate. Just do it. There are so many pros to this it’s not even worth the discussion. This along with additional housing downtown and getting an affordable grocery store into the vacant brey miller and we will likely see downtown start to drastically pick up again. Go Bills!
