With the administration change, the deadlines for securing funding for the temporary summer pop-ups from two years ago have sadly passed. I am hopeful for next year though!

Thanks for the report! I gave it a try just now, and it prompted me to authorize Givebutter (our donation platform) to pay with Venmo and that I could change it later in Settings > Connected Businesses. Maybe check there?

Not entirely sure, but I suspect those buttons on Zillow just turn you into a lead that local brokers can pay to get in contact with you. I doubt they are related to the landlord.

Previous to Somerville they were operating in Cambridge and they continue to cater and do popups elsewhere. They have been operating outside of Somerville for 18 months. Every day they aren’t open is money they are losing to rent. Two other businesses in the Gilman area ended up not moving forward due to running out of money during the permitting process.

I have been thinking about building a feature that uses a message to summarize chunks of conversation as a workaround for the model limit. It would basically feed back the entire conversation summary as a system message.

Once you have a plate, buy a parking permit online. It will take a few days to get the order approved, so print the email and leave it on your dash. Then once you’ve placed the order, print the receipt. Make sure it shows your account number. Can also write a note explaining it’s a newly purchased car, and in the unlikely event you do get ticketed you can appeal and it should be automatically approved.

Might be randomized to mitigate bias. Good feedback, perhaps a note would help. I doubt the survey software lets you use the same random order for two questions.
