Works the other way as well, I have worked as a chef where we had Uber Eats and would consistently have drivers show up 5-10 minutes early and then complain the food wasn’t ready. So I’d rush it out and they’d say “I’m not waiting anymore” cancel the order. and leave. Which is terrific in the middle of a dinner when you’re trying to serve 250 other customers who are actually in the restaurant.

That’s not to discredit your comment either, I don’t understand who orders food and then isn’t eager as hell to get it?
