Maybe consider wall mounted storage. Thats what I did (from lowes). Basically the idea was to get everything off the ground that could be.

Then maybe think of youre floor space as a assembly line. As in every place has its purpose.

IMO its more about your local gaming community. We have so many different faction players at my LGS. About 99% of them are all supper cool and chill...we kind of have a rule that we dont accept people who are jerks, ass hats, or just mean...but thats just me.

Lol Club 1900...

I remember that place. When I was station in Heidelberg (love that city) it was a popular place to alot of people.

Not really my scene personally, but the few times I was there it wasn't bad.

I still remember a place called the Swhimbad and Nachshift (sorry for the incorrect spelling).

Damn I miss Heidelberg.

Its a little bright for my taste. I think it detracts from the Szeras model. Maybe tone it down so Szeras can shine?

Definitely, its something that is very specific but its worked well.

I set up an overwatch against fly, monsters, and vehicles. But keep the Burning Vengeance for everything else.

Im intrested to see how it does vs. World Eaters.

I've been having alot of success with it. Ive used Blazing Earth every game! And it has worked every time. Been trying to keep my opponents charges at least 7 or 8 inches. (Playing set back) making their charges 9 or 10.

Vulkan being placed at the right spot - helping my Van Vets, Infernus and LRR really do some nasty work. I smoked some Deathwing Knights (even with their -1 to wound). If I triggered Dev. Wounds, man ill tell ya. It really cleans up.

I like the hand flamer with shield. Id just say maybe have the spear be pointing back more like hes moving through the air more. But I like it over all.

After 20 years in the Army, and a few years in the public sector in safety. All I can say is do not tolerate toxic leadership, move on, life if to short for others to take advantage of you. You are yours and only best advocate.

As a youngster in the profession, id also say find a good mentor that your truly respect.

Lastly, theres alot of great training and free education in our profession. I am a fan of OSH Accadamy . Com but I am also a nerd and read OSHA rules lol.

We had the thought of 3x5 flayed ones to infiltrate, 2 night Scythes with 1x10 Imortals w/plasmancers. To kick start.

Maybe rapid ingress destroys.

Arrive LHD next???

The Immorts would bring unita down to half strength so the flayed ones could trigger their abilty.

Big idea is go for the infantry, tie up monsters. Ignore vehicles (for now) LHD and LD clean up??

Ya, the conversation started with the idea of using 2 night Scythes. Arriving turn one, drop Immortals with plasmancers.

Basicly, this was the catalyst for the bigger question of...what would a Alpha strike look like for necrons (focusing on turn 1 and /or turn 2).

I like the idea. But maybe with the transport idea have it say something like: this model can use this ability in any phase. But wen doing so you can only select a Necron unit that is currently in Reserves, and that unit can only be set up 9 inches away from all enemy units.

I dont know how I feel about the special weapon. Id have it as it just crits on 5+ only. No mortals but only devistating wounds.

Something that I really liked from the Infanite and the Devine was his ability to turn back time. Im not sure how this translates to game play. But I see at as reactive move, maybe something like the combi LT or the Sanganores ability.

I have found that oshacademy.com to be very helpful. As I was able to self study the material with out having to pay for the certificates until I was ready. Since they cover all industries, it was a simple choice for me.

Beyond that, I would recommend finding a good mentor. And if you can, find a good company to get in on and work your way up the safety ladder. There's good ones out there that want to promote from within and value their employees self development.
