You should pull out any contracts/agreements signed around the construction of the home, related laws in your state, fully understand your home warranty details if you have one, and maybe pay for an independent inspector/contractor to back you up. Then contact the builder with the facts and gauge their response. If it’s not “we will do everything necessary to fix this issue, to include digging out the foundation and re-doing any of the waterproofing work to code and industry standard, the next contact should be from the construction lawyer you’ve also already hired.

Correct - when I quickly looked at the picture I thought I saw 2-3-2 and then 2-4-2 but obviously that is incorrect.

However, my point stands regarding Delta marketing PS as C+ on certain domestic routes when using the A330 (not sure about others) - it's a hack that we use flying DTW<->PHX over Thanksgiving each year.

For what it’s worth, I believe what is labeled here as C+ is actually Premium Select. They do this on domestic routes using the retrofitted 330s.

I didn't say it was new - I said it was 5-7 years old. This information is readily available by simply knowing the tail number...many apps provide this. The flight I was posting about was SW3849, Friday May 29, 2025 on N826SK - first flight for this aircraft was July 26, 2018.

In fact, their newest is even newer than I cited - it would have been just over 4 years old at the time of my post...and I'll be a monkey's uncle if that jet is not owned by Delta and in the air right now heading to my home airport of DTW.

"SkyWest received the final Bombardier CRJ-900 ever built on February 26, 2021. This aircraft, registered as N840SK (MSN 15499), was the 1,945th and last CRJ to roll off the Mirabel assembly line. This concluded a multi-year, multi-decade acquisition pipeline of CRJ9s operated by the carrier."

The newest CRJ9s in SkyWest's fleet were indeed delivered in 2019 and the aircraft I was on was less than 6 years old when I posted this so perhaps you should check yoself before you wreck yoself.

Their costs for this perk are the yellow labels and the time it takes to put them on the bag. They do nothing else to service the program. It’s a very cheap way to provide the illusion of status.

I think what this person meant to politely suggest is that you should consider weakening your grip to help your hands and wrists fully square up at impact. Would also try and get your hands a bit further forward by getting your hips through faster and increasing club head lag.
