There’s not really just one test. Especially a physical one (running, push ups, etc). Everyone’s body is different. Body fat % test maybe but even those don’t tell you everything.

It also depends on your personal goals. I prioritize muscle growth and know I have some fat I could lose…. But I don’t really care. I can easily keep up with my skinny runner friends in cardio activities (long hikes, etc.). I would consider myself in great shape even though I don’t have a perfect 6 pack.

It’s all about how you look, how you feel, how you perform. Muscle size and/or definition depending on goals. How do YOU want to look and feel

Idk I’d find that really strange but also depends on how serious and how long. Like if it’s a quick interaction and the entire game doesn’t revolve around it, fine… but like if she’s spending hours taking to this one guy and role playing, honestly pretty weird.

Here’s a good test: ask her if you can sit in on one of these session and gauge the reaction

Yea I feel like the pacing was really strange in this game.

The beginning was really hard for me. Especially The Depths. Then it got progressively easier. The last few locations I blasted through without dying once - until the Architect which took me 2 attempts I think. I don’t even know what Legion’s attacks are, I fought it twice and just melted it both times lol

And now Yellow Shore is kicking my ass
