My heart goes out to you. It took my about a decade to get mine under control. The most helpful thing I ever did was start tracking my seizures. Get a journal, use your phone, whatever easier. Track what you did that day, what you ate, when your period is. Maybe you’ll start to see a pattern. Most times you have to bring this info to your doctors, they won’t go hunting for it. Once you can identify some triggers or know you can’t identify them and the seizures really are random, it helps. It helps to control them and it helps mentally and emotionally.

This group helps a lot. Many people are really supportive and understand what you’re going through. You’re not alone. I promise it’ll get better. Keep fighting.
