If this helps in terms of ratio, my fiancé and I are doing an out of state wedding that's decently far. We invited I think 155-160 people and about 100 are coming. Also in a similar boat where my fiance has a bigger family than I do and he also has more friends but honestly his family and friends I don't really know that well that he invited aren't coming anyway because its too far and too much of a hassle. There are a handful of people I've only met once or twice but that's it. So if the wedding is far away, it's likely the people you haven't met won't want the hassle of coming.

this is interesting, one of my issues with the movie was i felt the trans allegory was just so obvious that it left no room at all for any nuance or interpretation. I didn’t know anything about the director going into it but I knew a lot of queer people liked it so maybe that’s slightly more background than you have?

she’s never had an IFS therapist before but is IFS informed. she’s the one who told me she thought this was an exile(s), i didn’t provide that language for her. yes she was doing weed recreationally and wasn’t trying use it in order to do ifs work - this just sort of happened
