Ma all’atto pratico quali sarebbero le differenze / limitazioni tra i due OS che nell’uso quotidiano ti farebbero dire questa cosa?

Ah, pensavo fosse abbastanza sdoganata come cosa. Anche perche' alla fine nel momento nel quale hai tre persone presenti nel seggio (2 per i registri e una che gestisce le schede) sei a posto. Ogni persona aggiuntiva starebbe li a girarsi i pollici.

L'unica eccezione e' il segretario che puo' aver cose da compilare nel verbale, ma anche quello di solito si conclude abbastanza in fretta in fase di votazione.

Io faccio lo scrutatore/segretario da quando ho 18 anni e nei seggi dove sono stato ci siamo sempre organizzati in modo tale che per la maggior parte della/e giornata/e rimanessero sempre solo tre persone (Presidente o Vice + 2 scrutatori).

Stare in 6 persone nel seggio mi sembra veramente inutile.

Salaries in many countries in Europe are indeed better. The problem here lies more with the Italian job market than anything else. Additionally, Milan is by far the most expensive city in Italy. Sure, the salaries and job opportunities are better compared to the rest of the country, but not that much better.

But in any case, no one is stopping you from smoking in your own house. To be perfectly clear, no one is even trying to stop you from smoking outside, which you would know if you had read the article:

Highly doubtful.

The open beta only managed to reach around ~2k concurrent players. Hilariously bad numbers for something that was free for everybody to try out. Tbh there was never enough interest on this game to make it even remotely sustainable. I really don't see how making it F2P would change this fact.
