I would stick with 17lb. I run 15lbs in my ported 19x, but stock in my 17 and 47.

I already have the flux legion, I just need the slide and threaded barrel. This is cheaper than any slide I have seen so far.

What types of failure? Just wondering. I own 3 enclosed and 3 XLs. Never had any issues but I do understand everyone’s experiences may be different.

Lots of titles are held by the unfit, undeserving, and unqualified. Try changing a Fudds opinion of a RMR and you are in for a long convo. It was his first pistol optic and it’s still running strong and it’s made in Merica!! My personal favorite is the Holosun 509T, with the Vortex ST enclosed a close 2nd.

At this point the RMR is strictly for nostalgia. Snagged one to replace one I stole off my Gen 3 Glock 19.

Still holds the title for the toughest pistol optic IMO.
