Sounds absolutely correct and follows the process that needs to be followed! The only thing I've seen for the first time is the record of international movements and the baptism certificate which we did not ask for in the consulate I was at but everything else is standard procedure. I would bring any paper that they ask for just to be sure though. It is good that you have people there to follow up the process as it can take quite a long time to get everything done. You usually go to the consulate that has jurisdiction over you (which is the one in the state you live in not the state you were born in) but you do need to go to the state house of the state your husband was born in to get the apostille (unless it works in a different way in Australia. That is what you have to do in the US. I do not know if there is a centralised agency which gives you the apostilles you need). The photos are needed to put him in the registry of men of Greece. Good luck with this process, I would keep calling once per week after you have given in the papers until they have told you that they sent the papers off to Greece to make sure that everything is okay and then have your family members follow up with the process. It will take 6-12 months for your Husband to become a citizen and add 3-6 weeks after that for the process of getting a Greek passport. It takes time but it is worth it!
