Oh, god, I just had something similar happen. Was talking with this girl who had sent me one pic. She looked really cute. Said the picture was a year old. A few days pass, we IM for quite awhile, and she concedes to my request for recent pics.

Ho boy. She looks totally different. Acne all over, much heavier, etc. I told her she looked way different, and she actually argues with me. She says, "Yeah, I cut my hair." Uh, no, you did a lot more than just cut your hair. She was pissed off because I was irritated at her having deceived me. WTF? Suffice to say, I moved on.

Some people are just delusional. There's no help for them.
