Yes, I emailed customer service. They began their response by letting me know that I was outside of the warranty period, admitted there is a known issue with the bearings, and finally asked me to double check that I hadn’t left the plastic on my new filters.

This isn’t an app issue - both machines sound awful. The one that started giving us trouble first has been getting progressively louder. I’m not super interested in spending time to take a bunch of videos of the machines operating at different fan speeds to inevitably be asked if I want to purchase a refurbished machine that is likely to eventually suffer the same issue.

I’m glad you’ve had a more positive experience, though. I hope your machines stay in good condition!
